1. Order & Delivery

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. If you have not received the email, don't panic! Just ask us at info@monapollon.com and we will resend it to you right away.

At each stage of its progress (shipping, in progress, delivered), you will receive an email to notify you of its status.

 

Shipping Costs

It is possible to have your order delivered throughout Europe, in Canada, Australia, New-Zealand and in a few American States California, Texas, Florida, New-York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Maryland, Illinois).   • Group 1: European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New-Zealand

Delivery is free for orders over 80€*.

Standard Home Delivery

  • 80€ +: Free Shipping
  • 0-79,99€: flat-rate delivery charge of 4.9€

Delivery times vary from country to country. An indicative delivery time is given when ordering, once the delivery address has been entered.

 

  • Group 2: European Non-EU countries (excluding United Kingdom)

Delivery is free for orders over 130€.

Standard Home Delivery

  • 130€ +: Free Shipping
  • 0-129,99€: flat-rate delivery charge of 9.5€

Please note that these shipping costs do not include any importation fees that may be applied by the destination country. Mon Apollon is not responsible for any delays in customs, duties and taxes that may apply in the country of destination. 

 

2. Returns

 

Time window

You can return any item up to 30 days after receiving your order, for any reason.

  • 0-14 days: according to the regulations in force, you can obtain a refund for any request made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • 15-30 days: after 14 days, you can request a credit note (in the form of a gift card)
  • 30+ days: unfortunately it is no longer possible to return the product.

 

Terms of return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

How to request a return?

All return requests must be made from the customer account by clicking on the order number and then " request a return ". If you do not have a customer account, you can also submit your request here. Then follow the instructions. Before sending your package, please wait for the confirmation of your return by email. You will receive notification emails as your return progresses.

 

Return shipping costs

  • France (excepted French overseas territories)

The return shipment method depends on the choice of return.

  • Request for a credit note (in the form of a gift card valid for 1 year)

If you choose a credit note, return is free. You will then receive a pre-paid return label by e-mail to stick on your parcel and to drop it off at a relay point.

  • Refund request

If you are eligible for a refund and wish to be reimbursed, you are expected to pay the return shipping costs. You will need to send your return package to the following address:

  • All countries (excluding France) + French overseas territories

You are expected to pay the return shipping costs, whether you choose a credit note or a refund. 

  • Special case of a credit note request (in the form of a gift card valid for 1 year)

If you choose a credit note, you will receive a gift card for the amount of your return, including free delivery with no minimum purchase.

When and how will I receive my refund or credit?

Once your item has been received by our warehouse and its condition has been verified, you will receive an email informing you of our decision to approve or reject your refund or credit request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Delivery charges are not refunded.

In case of a credit note, you will receive within 7 days a gift card by email, valid for 1 year, corresponding to the amount of your purchase, minus the delivery charges.

 

Late or missing refunds (if any)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
We invite you to contact your credit card issuer or bank as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
If after completing all of these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@monapollon.com.

 

What should I do if my item is defective?

In spite of the greatest attention paid to the quality of our products, it is possible, in exceptional cases, that an article may have a quality flaw.

In this case, you should request a credit note in your customer account, indicating "defective" as the reason. The return costs and the new delivery will be offered to you in full.

You must also send us clear photos of the defect by e-mail to info@monapollon.com.


Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will be emailed a gift card equal to the value of your return once we have received the returned item.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the item.
